The user interface consists of four main sections where you need to fill in such data as return address, delivery address, text (image), and printer settings. With its help, you can not only print but also create envelopes, modify the size and font. Printing a word doc from the multipurpose tray does not pull an extra page from the letter tray. Just recently when I print an envelope using the envelope button on my quick access bar ( or on the Mailings tab) it will print my envelope properly (from the multipurpose tray) but then it will pull a blank piece of paper from my letter tray. I made sure there were no blank lines or hidden characters in the delivery address or the return address boxes.

I deleted the normal.dotm file and let Word create a new one but that did not help. I manually checked the paper settings on the printer and they are set correctly. As part of my troubleshooting, I set the printer options back to factory default and made sure duplex was turned off.

I don't have the permissions I need to update the drivers, but until recently it's been fine. I'm printing over the network to a Kyocera Ecosys P3045dn.
